We had a good time at this place. We liked that it was a cozy and charming little hotel with a beautiful location near the historic center. the quiet atmosphere was a plus 😌, although the party next door that lasted until 3 in the morning was a bit much.

The staff at Casa Luna Hotel Boutique is exceptionally wonderful and lovely, they answered all my questions. the room I booked was attractive and quiet, it had a private terrace tucked away, a comfortable bed, and even scented sheets. I also appreciated the added touches like a hairdryer, guest toiletries, and bath sheets.

Had very nice stay for 2 nights with incredibly polite staff and favourable location close to the center. Location: the hotel was just off the bells that rang at all hours of the night as well as local cafes, restaurants, and galleries. Appreciated a plasma-screen TV, a personal safe and a seating area in the room. The beds and pillow were very comfy.

This hotel has a great location, just a few blocks away from the main plaza. The staff was friendly and helpful, even with the language barrier. The hotel also offered a delicious and reasonably priced breakfast in a lovely garden setting.

There were some maintenance issues in the rooms, such as old and worn flooring and dim lighting. Additionally, there were challenges with the reservation process, especially without fluent English-speaking staff.
